With ARGENTUM: 25 years composing in the Canary Islands we celebrate the 25 years of Promuscan's journey promoting and highlighting music produced in the Canary Islands, since our beloved association was founded in 1999. Lothar Siemens, the Canarian humanist, composer, businessman and musicologist knew how to unite the wills and talents of many creators, scholars and performers for a common good: the Canarian identity through classical music developed in our land or linked to its culture. In this program we will be able to listen to creations by Carlos González, Francisco Brito, Gonzalo Díaz, Laura Vega, Leandro A. Martín, Alberto Martínez, Alejandro Arrocha and Lourdes Suárez performed by the Lothar Siemens Ensemble, composed for this occasion by Cristian Suárez, flute; Néstor Henríquez, violin; Pablo López de Rodas, clarinet; and Janos Ripka, cello.
