The flamenco company Rocío Pozo brings its new show to Guiniguada, which is an ode to Lola Flores. Her indelible legacy in the history of flamenco and female empowerment endures as a source of inspiration for those who seek freedom through art and passion. 'From Jerez to Gran Canaria' tells us how the island welcomed flamenco art and the influence of the unforgettable Lola in this Canarian paradise. A new proposal where flamenco dance is the protagonist, which is part of our 'Guniguada en Danza' line.

Using the fundamental codes of the flamenco language and researching inside and outside it, in the understanding of flamenco as an evolving, contemporary, lively, generous and hospitable art, emblematic flamenco styles will be used, such as bulerías, with its festive rhythm and contagious; the soleás, deep and solemn; the fandangos, vibrant and nostalgic; the zorongos, sensual and evocative; and the martinets, solemn and heartbreaking. Each of these suits, with its unique character and emotion, will contribute to the narrative of the work, creating a rich and diverse mosaic of artistic expressions.
